After 19 years in the fields of mind/body healing therapies, I've created a revolutionary, multifaceted approach to healing called The Satori Method.
This method is paving the way for a new future of mental wellness by not only facilitating healing but also transcending the past to create long-lasting happiness, behavior change, and success.
I use a blend of science-backed, trauma-sensitive modalities focusing on 4 core areas: the nervous system, brain, body, and subconscious mind.
Release:
The Healing Phase
Most programs try to start individuals at the level of “change” without working on the deeper layers FIRST, which is why the changes never really last. It’s like building a house on sinking sand. We have to really face the shadows, wounds and the things we’ve been avoiding our whole life, heal them, release them, then move to the next steps. And while this may sound scary, painful and daunting, with this method it’s actually incredibly liberating, gentle and creates massive shifts that feel AMAZING. The journey can be a bit tough at times, but working through a trauma lens and only working within your own ability to navigate, this is a beautiful and therapeutic process that is absolutely life changing.
In this stage, we are diving deep to help release the trauma, beliefs and emotions that are causing you pain. Whether acute, chronic, or only in the subconscious mind, everyone has wounds & beliefs that need healing. This could be a traumatic event, abuse, injury, divorce, major illness, grief, job loss or transition, chronic unworthiness, self sabotage and more. There are things that need attention, love, and presence to fully heal so you can finally move forward.
Regulate:
The Reclamation Phase
Now that all the emotional and energetic trauma and baggage are GONE, we get to start putting back the best parts of you and build a new internal environment where they feel safe to stay! This is where regulation practices come in. We reclaim the lost pieces, the fragments, the fuzzy visions and start rebuilding a new, higher version of YOU. It's like meeting the true you for the first time. We don’t want to heal and release all that pain we’ve been carrying and feel “better” or just “OK”, most of us want to carve a whole new path for our lives now that we've cleared the old trauma and pain. This is what this phase is all about.
Whether you want to reclaim confidence, build healthy relationships, start a new career or get in shape and lose weight, this is where it starts. We get clarity, we set goals into action, and we continue to work with the body, brain and subconscious to create new supportive beliefs and patterns to actually GET you there this time. No more goals written out as wishes, that never actually get accomplished. This time you’ll actually achieve the goals and not have to sacrifice one part of your health to get ahead in another. We build a sustainable new life that’s a joy to maintain.
Rewire:
The Thriving Phase
Here’s where it goes from really good, to beyond your wildest dreams! All that inner work, all that trauma release, belief shifting, goal-setting, action-taking and brain rewiring you’ve done is paying off and you hardly recognize that this is your LIFE! You've done the healing work, you've figured out a new goal and direction, we've laid out an action plan and have been executing it. Now it's time to take success to a new level and continue to optimize this new version of you until it's ironclad so you continue to progress. You'll break through ceilings of what you never thought was possible.
No matter the area, from career, money, physical health, relationships, body image and more. Stepping into new levels of life still requires lots of support so that those old habits or patterns don’t sneak back in and take you backwards. This level is where we solidify and perfect all the changes we’ve made and stay consistent with the “work”.

Over the past two years, I have worked with Holly on my physical health, training programs, life-coaching sessions, and many of the therapies she provides. Holly with Brain Body Speak is wonderful. I did a few Craniosacral therapies with her over the past few months and I can already feel the amazing impact. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and infertility over the past several years. And, in a few sessions we were able to target some of the traumas I have experienced and help heal parts of my brain and body through Craniosacral work. For most of my life – even my childhood – I wanted to be fit, strong, and capable. I tried everything from counting calories, daily gym sessions, running 5 miles a day – but nothing gave me the results I wanted. After seven weeks working with Holly, I look a lot better – yes – but I also FEEL better because we focused on co much more than just dieting, working out or losing weight. She taught me those things are secondary and that my mind, nervous system and brain are the most important things to work on. I never knew how much my exercise habits were causing me anxiety and fueling my depressive cycles. Slow, gentle, and measured progress are the core elements of my work, with a perfect dose of strength and fire put into the mix to help you get OUT of the state you’ve been in. While the work does allow for expression and storytelling if needed, it's not necessary to spend months rehashing your trauma and wounds to move forward (this is actually retraumatizing and keeps people stuck in their pain).
While each session can be profound, and you’ll start to feel relief and change from day one, I won’t push you beyond your limits and cause a rebound effect. That is the approach of 99% of the coaching and therapy worlds and there’s a reason it doesn’t work, or if changes DO happen they don’t last. I allow your body to lead the way and teach you to do the same.
I show you ways to measure your progress, gauge what tools to use real time, and build an inner dialogue with yourself to allow lifelong skills to develop. I don’t want you to be dependent on me or sessions with me, so this is more like an investment for the rest of your life and these tools will have lasting impacts.
If you’re working with me 1:1, you’ll receive video playback of not only the sessions themselves, which are amazing to continue to listen to over the years, but also each exercise or routine I teach you. It’s like a powerful library that will serve you for years to come. When the same or similar issues pop up again, you can go back to those sessions and learn something new, apply the tools and reuse our sessions over and over! No other therapy gives you this and I find it pivotal.
