Hi, I’m Holly Joy
I’m here to help guide you through the barriers you may have in your mental & physical health with my breakthrough process centered on the brain, body and subconscious mind.
My personal journey is what led me to this work, but my remarkable healing is what's kept me passionate about helping others do the same. I used to suffer with debilitating chronic illness, a lifelong history of untreated trauma and abuse, an eating disorder, insecurity and self-hate, extreme poverty, addictions, codependency, perfectionism, and chronic depression, hopelessness and anxiety. Everyday I felt like I was drowning in mental and physical pain.
I now enjoy vibrant health, confidence, abundance, compassionate self-love, a thriving purpose-driven career with multiple successful companies, healthy relationships and boundaries, true happiness and I look and feel better than I ever have. This is possible for you too, just like the hundreds of people I've worked with who have achieved the same.
My method combines elements of somatic therapy, brain training, nervous system regulation, and subconscious mind work and is radically different than traditional healing approaches that only focus on the 5% of the cognitive mind or the body alone.

Holly is my first and only coach. She is amazing! Her knowledge of the human body goes way beyond physical exercise which is what I originally came to her for. We spend an equal amount of time addressing mental and emotional well being which I realized was stopping me from reaching my goals for years. I show up and do everything she asks….no questions becasue I trust her that much, but she's also taught me to listen to my OWN body. When we first started training in November she advised me not to worry about the scales. That is so difficult for someone who has struggled with weight their entire life. But I have not worried about it at all. I trusted Holly and decided to finally approach things differently with her method since no others were working. My body has already changed and I am now starting to see the last bit of weight come off. But, more importantly, I feel strong and healthy mentally AND physically! Over the past two years, I have worked with Holly on my physical health, training programs, life-coaching sessions, and many of the therapies she provides. Throughout our entire process she always guided me toward a deeper knowledge of my body with the expectation of me working on my own and the long term maintenance of the great progress we achieved together. She is a wealth of knowledge and each therapy or service received is perfectly tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your long term health.
So I decided to do something for myself last month since I was so out of shape and out of control with eating and found Holly. This was the single best decision I’ve made in a long time. In just one month I was amazed at how my energy level had increased throughout the day at work. Working on my mindset, and learning about the ways my stress was fueling my behaviours was shocking, but made so much sense. No wonder I'd never stuck with a program, or always fell off my diet and abandoned my goals 2 weeks in. My balance and strength improved tremendously and I was never in pain or felt overwhelmed. She was there to guide me through everything. The Zoom sessions were perfect as I didn’t have to leave my own home and that alone saved me so much time, stress and overwhelm. Overall It’s worth every penny and more.
I’ve been working with Holly a few months. Although I have a long way to go, I already feel much more confident and stronger by the day! Holly truly cares and motivates you, yet offers the most compassion, support and understanding of where you're at too. It's the perfect blend of both and I realize in all the other programs I've been in there are all PUSH and you can only do that so long before it backfires. I love this new approach for health . I have been working with Holly for about 2 months now. She is changing my life already. She is very professional and attentive. Holly with Brain Body Speak is wonderful. I did a few Craniosacral therapies with her over the past few months and I can already feel the amazing impact. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and infertility over the past several years. And, in a few sessions we were able to target some of the traumas I have experienced and help heal parts of my brain and body through Craniosacral work. Her personality, space and overall vibe is calming, accepting and healing. We lost our dog just a few days before one of our sessions and one of my first thoughts was, I am SO glad I have a session set up so I can process this loss in a safe and welcoming place. My anxiety has lessened despite continued stressors in my life. I would highly recommend reaching out to Holly and see how her therapies could benefit you and your needs. For most of my life – even my childhood – I wanted to be fit, strong, and capable. I tried everything from counting calories, daily gym sessions, running 5 miles a day – but nothing gave me the results I wanted. After seven weeks working with Holly, I look a lot better – yes – but I also FEEL better because we focused on co much more than just dieting, working out or losing weight. She taught me those things are secondary and that my mind, nervous system and brain are the most important things to work on. I never knew how much my exercise habits were causing me anxiety and fueling my depressive cycles. I’ve made more progress in two thirty minute sessions per week than I ever did when I was obsessing over cardio (seriously), and I can’t wait to keep improving.
The only program I’ve ever stuck with. Holly is an amazing–my body is transformed from what it was a year ago but what's far more valuable to me is that my mental and emotional health are better than they've been my entire life. I always thought confidence would naturally happen if I got in shape, got the job, the guy or whatever but it never happened. Working with Holly I realized that was because I was never working on the root of the lack of confidence, or trying to heal that. I went to her to get my body in shape, since I could never stick to anything on my own having no idea no idea how life changing her work would be for me. So sure, having no more cellulite is great, but waking up and truly loving myself inside and out, and not drowning in anxiety on a daily basis is still something I can't believe! 30 minute sessions fit perfectly into my busy life–and they produce results. I met Holly about a year and a half ago and began training with her. Immediately I realized she was not like other coaches I'd worked with or heard about. She taught me that fitness and being healthy is much more than just losing weight and working out. She helped me realize the reason I never reached my goals before was because I never addressed the mental, emotional, spiritual aspects of myself. I’ve had a somewhat difficult journey over the years with my health and weight. Holly showed me that I had to change my mindset and quit doubting myself and my abilities. She wouldn’t allow me to say I couldn’t do something and very quickly “I can’t” disappeared from my vocabulary but she also gave me the actual tools to achieve the thing too, not just the "fake it till you make it" stuff. Working with Holly has changed my life! I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. I have tried every “diet,” been in and out of the gym, lost weight then gained it back (plus some). Nothing has ever stuck for me. I just finished a 4 week program that involved neuro training, sonatic coaching sessions, nutritional support, and mental/emotional support. The virtual training is amazing and so easy to stay consistent with. The most important thing for me has been mental support and life coaching. We have talked to figure out WHY I have continually failed with the “most popular” diets. Digging deep, and determining why has been the game changer. After struggling with a long and traumatic fertility and miscarriage journey, I was in a deep depression to the point I was hardly functioning. The world seemed black and, for the first time in my life, I did not see any hope or way out. My regular therapist is the one who referred me to Holly and I was skeptical because I had seen so many therapists and specialists, with no relief.
When I started following her and seeing how different and unique her work was, I decided I had nothing to lose and scheduled a consult call. Right away when she started explaining to me the way my brain and nervous system were functioning and causing me to feel the way I was, I felt so validated and hopeful. She broke things down in such an easy-to-understand way.
The thing that was the most important to me was how short the sessions and exercises were. To me, 30 mins for a session, and 5 mins or so for a daily exercise was SO DOABLE. It made it easy to implement and from the first session, I felt relief and a shift in my body and mood.
Each week, seeing my numbers get better and better, I was more motivated and continued working with her long after I felt I had coped with my trauma and depression. 6 months later, I live life more fully and more peacefully than I ever have. I didn't realize how much trauma I had been carrying around my entire life, or know how good I could feel on a daily basis. To me, the blessing from the grief and pain I went through, was it led me to a process that helped me heal from a lifetime of wounds that had never been given attention. I am forever grateful for this experience and the method that Holly created.
I also know that if the time comes I am blessed to be a mom, I will be the healthiest, most regulated person possibly and that will allow me to be the parent I want to be.

I spent 30 years with an abusive, narcissistic spouse, who destroyed any trace of confidence I had and turned me into a shell of a person. By the grace of God, I was able to finally leave, but even after 2 years and endless therapy sessions, I found myself not feeling any better or different. I was still depressed, anxious, shut down, anti-social, and seemed to be living in a fog. I also had tons of physical symptoms like gut issues, headaches, chronic pain, and insomnia (I know these are connected to my trauma and nervous system now).
My co-worker told me about this work she was doing for her PTSD and the way she explained things being in her body and brain made total sense to me. I wondered if the same thing could be happening to me so I started following Brain Body Speak and immediately light bulbs started going off. Within a week I was signed up, and I can honestly say this is the best money or time I've ever spent on myself and my mental health. The very first session, I felt a change in my anxiety and pain. I slept that night too. It almost seemed too simple since the tools were so short and easy, but I knew I had to show up for myself, do the work, and give it a chance. After that first week, there was no further convincing needed as the changes were profound.
I'm 57 years old. I have never felt as calm or OK as I do now. This work has changed me in ways I can't explain, but I will never stop telling people about this process and the help that is available to them if they, as Holly always says, use the RIGHT tools.
I've started a support group and am now helping others too, but I always tell them to go through the program with Holly to get the real results. Support groups are just a piece of the healing puzzle and most people need the pros to guide them, at least at first. To me, the investment is a steal because you get these tools you can use on your own for the rest of your life, and it's so much cheaper than being in weekly therapy forever and not even feeling any better.
I'm so grateful to have found this work and to be where I'm at now. A place I never saw myself being.
